"Japan Travel Poster" (February 2013)
11" x 14" 2-Color Screenprint, Acrylic, Collage, and Transfers on Cradled Birch Panel
Another assignment for my Experimental Illustration class. The assignment was to produce a travel poster for somewhere that we have been utilizing transfers. The sakura petals in the background were done with an acrylic medium transfer. I'm not too familiar with this method, and they are not as bold as I planned, but I am very happy with how the 2-color design screened onto the textured surface.
